You are also advised not to use our services if you do not accept the Terms or are unable to be bound by them.

Use of “balajimart” mobile application and website www.balajimart.in are governed by the following "Terms of Use" –

1. Definition

Wherever the terms "You" or “Your” or "User" or “Customer” or “Visitor” are used, shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on “balajimart” by providing various information as required time to time.

2. Eligibility

By using “balajimart”, you hereby represent and declare that you are above eighteen (18) years of age and understand and agree these terms. When you access and use the services, you are in compliance with all laws and regulations set by the Govt of India. When you are using our services, you are agree to use them only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

3. ACCOUNT

You may access the "balajimart" mobile app or website www.balajimart.in by creatin an account. Your account creation shall be for your use of the balajimart services based upon the personal information you provide to us. You can only have one Account with one mobile number and are not permitted to create multiple accounts. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Services if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current or incomplete. Also if it is believed that your actions may cause legal liability for you, other users or us and if you are found to be non-compliant with the Terms of Use, your account may be suspended / deleted.

5. SAFETY AND SECURITY

You are responsible for security of your account and password. You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party and that you will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. 

6. SELLING ON balajimart

As a seller, you may list items for sale on "balajimart" app and website www.balajimart.in as per policies which are incorporated by way of reference in this Terms of Use. You must be legally able to sell the item(s) you list for sale on "balajimart" app and website www.balajimart.in. Only those items should be listed which are in your stock. The listing description of the item must not be misleading and must describe actual condition of the product. If the item description does not match the actual condition of the item, you agree to refund any amounts that you may have received from the Buyer. "BALAJI MART" reserves the right to delete such listings.
